cloudaspen.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The contact form

When you send the contact form we receive the name, email address, company and message you typed. We use them only to answer you and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. The message is delivered to our team chat and email and is kept for as long as the conversation is active, then for up to two years for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Working with us

During a project we handle only the data you give us access to, under the agreement for that project, in your own systems and accounts wherever possible.
